Residential Solar Incentives

Washington has some of the best rebates in the country but they are running out soon. Contact us today to see if your county still has rebates available.

Federal Solar Tax Credit (FTC)

The FTC is a 30% tax credit that you can claim on your taxes the year the solar system was purchased and installed. You can claim 30% of the entire project cost the first year, if you don’t use it all the first year you can carry over your tax credit for up to 5 years.

Washington State Solar Productions Incentive

The State of Washington pays home owners up to $.54 per kWh for the solar energy that they produce at their homes. You can earn up to $5,000 per year until 2020. Your utility company sends you a check for the power produced by your solar panels from July 1st though June 30th every year. Because this is such a great program for home owners, a lot of the utility companies have ended the program because they ran out of funds. Contact us today to see what rebates you can qualify for.

No Sales Tax

Solar PV systems under 10kW do not have to pay sales tax. Systems over 10kW pay sales tax but are eligible to receive 75% of the money back from the Department of Revenue.

Commercial Solar Incentives

The cost of switching to solar has come down more than 50% over the past few years. Contact us today and join over 1,500 other Washington companies that have decided to switch to solar to power their business into the future.
